Aurelius Systems LLC · Effective October 24, 2026

This policy explains what information Aurelius Systems LLC (“Aurelius,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit meetaurelius.com, complete one of our forms or scorecards, respond to one of our advertisements, book a call with us, or communicate with us by email, phone or text, and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request the Owner Operating Load & Cost Scorecard, complete a fit-check or lead form (including forms hosted by Meta on Facebook or Instagram), book a Working Session or Fit Call, or contact us, we collect what you provide: name, work email address, phone number, company name, and your answers to form questions such as company type, approximate annual revenue, approximate monthly spend on outside providers, and the business challenge you describe. Numbers you type into on-page calculators and the scorecard stay in your browser unless you choose to email your results to yourself; if you do, a copy of your answers is sent to us so we can prepare for your call.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites we collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL and approximate location, through cookies and similar technologies described below.

Calls and messages. If you book a call, our scheduling and calling systems record the appointment details. Confirmation and reminder calls may be placed by an AI calling agent operated by Aurelius; the agent identifies itself as an Aurelius agent when asked. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality and to prepare for your appointment where permitted by law; where notice or consent is required, you will be told at the start of the call.

2. How we use information

  • To send you what you asked for (the scorecard, a booking confirmation, a reminder).
  • To prepare for and hold the call you booked, and to follow up afterwards.
  • To decide whether and how Aurelius fits your business, including which Aurelius path to recommend.
  • To operate, secure and improve our website, forms and advertising.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including on Meta platforms (see Section 4).
  • To comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Who we share it with

We use service providers that process information on our behalf and under contract: website hosting and content delivery; customer-relationship management (HubSpot); scheduling and video meetings (Google Calendar and Google Meet); email delivery; AI calling and transcription; advertising platforms (Meta Platforms, Inc.); and analytics. Meta receives form submissions you make on its platforms under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing or sale of the business.

4. Cookies, pixels and advertising

meetaurelius.com uses the Meta Pixel and related Meta business tools to measure visits and the results of our advertising, to build audiences for advertising on Facebook and Instagram (for example, people who visited this site or watched one of our videos), and to improve ad delivery. The pixel may collect your IP address, browser information, the pages you view and actions such as submitting a form, and may associate that with your Meta account under Meta’s Data Policy. We may also use HubSpot tracking cookies to connect your website activity with your contact record after you submit a form.

You can control cookies in your browser settings, opt out of interest-based advertising from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and learn more at aboutads.info. Some site features may not work if cookies are disabled.

5. Email, phone and text communications

If you give us your email address or phone number, we may contact you about your request, your appointment and Aurelius. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, reply STOP to any text message, or tell any caller that you do not wish to be contacted, and we will honor that. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or object to or restrict certain processing, by emailing [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising their rights; we do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined in those laws.

7. Data retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above: lead and appointment records for the life of our relationship and a reasonable period afterwards, and advertising data for the periods set by the platforms (Meta website custom audiences, for example, expire after at most 180 days). We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

Our website and services are for businesses and their owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email where appropriate.
